Terms:

   We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Any shipping error or shortage must be reported within 5 working days.  All international orders require pre-payment via wire transfer or PayPal, sorry no credit cards.  Please call or email for instructions.

Returns Policy:

    Items to be returned must be current line items and in New Condition (unopened, unmarked and undamaged cartons). Authorization for return must be approved and assigned by Acorn Products (Return Goods Authorization Number – RGA#) before any products may be returned. The Acorn Products RGA# must be shown on the packing list before the return will be accepted. Returns must be made freight pre-paid. Special order items are not returnable. Returns may be subject to a restock fee.

Warranty Policy:

   A limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials is applicable for all products in the product guide and website.  The length of warranty varies by product (see product guide for items covered for longer than one year).  Acorn Products reserves the right to repair or replace warranty products at no charge.  Users are responsible for the suitability of the products to their application.  There is no warranty against damages resulting from corrosion, misapplication, improper specifications or other operating conditions.  Acorn Products is not liable for labor costs for removal, reinstallation or for damage to other equipment.  Defective parts must be returned freight pre-paid to: Acorn Products 300 N. Maryland, Jackson , MO 63755 (or unless advised otherwise).  Rights may vary in some states.

   All manufacturers’ names, parts numbers and descriptions shown in the product guide and website are used for reference purposes only.  We do not imply that any part is the product of any particular manufacturer.

Shipping:

Acorn Products preferred method of shipment is UPS ground; however we do offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day delivery (Please call for delivery costs and product availability).
 

The chosen shipping method applies to the date the order is available for shipment, not from the date the order is placed.  Tracking numbers are automatically e-mailed at the close of each business day if email address is provided. 

International shipments will require special price quotes as our website does not accurately calculate international shipping charges.  Please call or email for rates.  

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges.  All price changes will be verified with purchaser before shipment/invoicing occurs.
